Test Registration Cancellation for a Specific Test Session By You

  • Once you register for a test, it’s locked to a specific date, time, and location.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must follow the rules in this policy.

Cancellation of a Test Session

  • If you can’t attend your test, you can request to cancel it from your CELPIP Account.
  • If you cancel at least 7 days before the test, you will get 50% of your registration fee back.
  • If you cancel less than 7 days before the test, you won’t get a refund.

Transferring Your Test Session (Rescheduling)

  • If you need to change your test date, time, or location, you can request a transfer to your CELPIP Account. Click on “Upcoming test,” then “Actions,” and choose “Transfer to a different sitting.”
  • If you transfer at least 7 days before the test, You must pay a transfer fee of $50 CAD + taxes.
  • If you transfer less than 7 days before the test, contact CELPIP customer service at 778-327-6854 or info@celpip.ca.
  • You may have to provide proof (like a doctor’s note) for reasons like illness or a family emergency.
  • CELPIP will decide whether to approve or deny your request based on the reason you provide.
